UMN student provides writing support to student writing assignments.

  • Weekly communication meetings with host/ lead teacher
  • Participate in distance learning synchronous classes with 6-12 students as needed
  • Provide narrative feedback to students on written assignments, student podcasts, projects
  • Share feedback with student and teacher
  • Undergraduate UMN student
  • Completed District Background check

  • Completed Web-based module on working with kids online 
  • Virtual training from university writing center (how to give feedback, etc.)

  • Weekly communication meetings with host/ lead teacher
  • Attends synchronous classes with host teacher and students virtually.
  • Attends “Virtual Tutor Table” where school establishes GMeet link, meeting with a small group of students at a regular time weekly.

  • Submit graded assignments to teacher weekly
